We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners in place.

Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.
Ship It Back
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.
